Last I checked there was no rules in place for usage of voice comms in game.
Other than not using profanity or threatening others which can be reported to HiTech.
No one gives out check 6's as much anymore so when I hear people complaining about getting them I am confused. Also hearing players telling other players how to use comms is a waste of time.
If you don't like hearing someone then simply squelch them. One of my people put up a video and you can hear someone on that video being a straight up sweetheart bag telling someone how long and when they should use comms.
