Somebody Feed Phil season 6 just came out.  It's a little hokey but if you like food/travel it's pretty good.  Shouldn't upset any wackjob christian values.

What are “wackjob christian[sic] values”?
They're casting their bait over there, see?

Denigrates your faith? Does that make you sensitive? I've heard people use the term "snowflake" before. Is that the context in which it is used, generally?

The docs mentioned by Spikes are excellent, highly recommend. Dahmer is good for about 5 episodes, then it slows way down and gets boring.

All Quiet is going to be awesome, cannot wait.

Hurrah for mocking and disparaging people for their 1st Amendment rights. You and Bug should meet up vandalizing some religious institution, no?

Promotion of religious intolerance by a company, I believe would not be covered. Of course, these days with judge shopping it’s possible to procure any outcome…

Seeing as religion is a disallowed topic, it seems like you are breaking the rules regarding the very thing you are threatening to sue for.  :headscratch:

Wut?  :headscratch:

I’m not threatening to sue anyone.

Also, the Bug named a religion, not me, I said my faith…which could be Druid for all anyone here knows, yet he assumed.

Some series that I have liked on Netflix:

Love, Death, Robots (science-fiction shorts, animation, each done by a different team)
Stranger Things (fantasy/horror)
Happy (super-dark fantasy comedy -- over-the-top violent and not for everyone)
Wild, Wild Country (documentary series on a cult in Oregon -- fascinating and excellently done)
Ash vs. Evil Dead (if you liked Army of Darkness and the Evil Dead movies)
Maniac (edgy, distopian series)
Wakfu (kid-oriented animated series, but I loved it.  Epic fantasy once things get going deeper in series.)
Avatar:  the Last Airbender (animated series -- not movie.  Same as above.)
The Legend of Kora (animated series.  Same as above)

Did that years ago, see page 1, 2nd post.

Longmire was the only show on Netflix (but it was A&E produced) I found to be worth a darn.

Frontier and Designated Survivor shows Netflix Inc.’s true colors. Both had good base storylines, interjected wokeness ruined them.

I watch Netflix from Britain so I am not sure if many of the British and foreign shows and films I have watched on it here are available over the pond. Something that may appeal to AHers that I watched recently was a Danish film called "The Bombardment" about a 1945 RAF Mosquito raid on the Gestapo HQ in Copenhagen. It is a bit grim but has some of the best CGI WW2 aircraft sequences I have ever seen in a movie, way more realistic than the cartoon stuff Hollywood often churns out. The best US series I have seen on it was "The Queen's Gambit" about a female American chess prodigy in the 60's; the acting, script and production values were all excellent. Much of Netflix's output is of a much lower standard though and it is getting hard to find anything I want to watch on it. So I may ditch it soon and try a different streaming service.

Thanks Greebo, "The Bombardment" is available in the U.S. and I've added it to my list on your recommendation.

I also enjoyed "Queen's Gambit" very much, and also liked "Longmire".   I currently reside in N Colorado, not far from where Longmire was supposedly set in Wyoming, so the environs felt familiar.   I intend someday to rewatch and then visit the downtown where the show was filmed in Las Vegas, NM.

We watched all the the first Stranger Things but haven't looked at the second one.   I also like Love,Death & Robots for quick entertainment when time is tight.

The Last Kingdom was good.
Toxic, psychotic, self-aggrandizing drama queens simply aren't worth me spending my time on.
