I always do and I also consider what the sqquads have flown in previous frames of that month. Looking at this week, you received 109's and requested 109's.

Usually, I spend as much time trying to decide who flies what, as I do deciding what their mission is.

Understood. I responded in the manner I did based on "it seems that my group doesn't ever get the plane we prefer lately." I misunderstood.

As a CO, I go for preferences first, then base it on what they have flown already. If you take the time to tell me the variant you want, you will likely get it over a squad that says "Fighters."

So, it is also important to remember that CO's go by what you have entered in your Plane Preferences on the website. Yours reads as follows: 109, 109, 109. If you want Ju 87's, it is important to relay that information via your Squad Preferences rather than on the forum. Also, Ju 87s are available to all squads in Hour 2, so worst case scenario, plan for a fun Stuka run in the second hour.
