Chicago just replaced it's problem with a male version. Stupid people doing stupid things.

I can't imagine anyone ignorant enough to go to Chicago... but this should even thin those folks out some.

In the mean time, don't waste tears on those who choose to support this type of behavior, only worry about the innocent. I doubt many, if any, were in or near the area when this happened.

I'd be fine if the rules were removed. 

It's just unfair to allow the scoff-laws to get free right to propagandize and anyone else who wants to try and follow the rules is blocked from responding in kind.
