Republic P-47D-30-RA, 44-33133, 405th FG, 510th FS, 2Z-T, "Tallahassee Lassie", flown by Maj Ralph Jenkins
"Tallahassee Lassie" was the personal aircraft of American ace Ralph Jenkins, and wears the colors of the 405th Fighter Group based at RAF Christchurch in 1944.

510th FS [2Z-T], 405th FG, 9th AF; "Tallahassee Lassie" [named for the pilot's wife, who came from Florida’s capital city]. Also listed as (412th FS, 373rd FG, 9th AF) in take-off accident at Venlo Airfield Y-55, Netherlands Apr 23, 1945. Pilot survived, but aircraft was destroyed.
