MA Terrain Maps in Operational Navigation Chart style
« on: June 09, 2023, 02:41:37 PM »
Just finished my 6th map, though I don't intend to do them all.  Here is Kenai77's excellent Black Sea terrain.  I really enjoy seeing this one come up in the rotation; I think its one of the best we have.  Last time it was up, I think it lasted for 6 days?  I really like real-world based terrains, and this one seems to have a good balance of land and water features.

Agree this is a very good MA map.

Love that map you made of it!
Back in 2022 after a loooooong break from 2010. Old name Ratpack, same for the BBS.

Squad I did the most tours with were the Excaliburs then The 172nd Rabid Dogs. Still trying to talk Illigaf, Coola, Oldman22, and Joecrow into coming back instead of being boring old farts!

Just finished my seventh MA terrain in the Operational Navigation Chart style.  This one is Kenai's very fine 3Points map; a real-world location of the central Great Lakes region, nicely adapted for the Melee Arena.

Thank you, Kenai!

That is very nice work oboe.

Had to correct some shoreline issues and the map number and date.  Here is a lightened version more suitable for printing.

Someday I'm going over to Kinkos with these on a thumbdrive and see how a poster-size print turns out.
