AvA settings

It appears that AvA is setup for tank wars as the visibility is extremely low, it will never see any traffic if people cant fly and treat it like a normal combat arena.

saw some players in AvA so I went over there to try to help fill it out, but it was left on tank settings so everyone left.  No aircraft allowed and both sides had access to both sides of vehicles.
