No, he keeps leaving the toilet seat up and doesn't flush his pee ever. Something about wasting water or something. However, whenever he takes a dukie, he does flush but doesn't always ensure it goes down. We can bring it up at our next meeting Bear for clubhouse etiquette. Oldman and Puma also have a few items to bring up about this peegate issue. But I think Duke wants a must-flush rule implemented.
