Real RC Plane FPOV Dogfight! T-28 vs. F4U

This is nuts! How fun would this be? Two people put full head tracking pov and other stuff in their RC planes to have a dogfight. Complete with gun sounds! It’s pretty cool check it out. I added some screenshots.

Also that F4 pilot should have had that wrapped up in two seconds not sure if he was trying or playing the bait for the video.

Dang that is pretty cool  . Probably expensive ha but def a cool concept. I'd be afraid to fly outside of radio range on accident lol. Also, I think lasers would be the best form for "landing hits". You could put laser cells around the plane that would register light from the lasers and signify a hit. Any type of pea shooter, or even airsoft bullets may damage the plane and crash it, thereby losing 1k worth of equipment, no bueno.  the sound effects are cool though. I could see this becoming a "thing".

That would be great if they could have the lasers adjust their firing line from reading G's and the enemy plane's current motion so you'd need to lead them accurately from the gunsight instead of just painting them with a beam of light that hits on the pipper.

I've always thought first person RC looked like an absolute blast.  I am also terrified of the money sink it is likely to be.

My brother and I used to dogfight RC aircraft all the time. ew always had a lot of fun. We didn't have the displays from the cockpits though.

I'm economically disadvantaged, so that thought never crossed my mind
