Aces Help Page
« on: October 07, 2023, 03:55:09 PM »
I had a major network melt down this past week. I had to "clean slate" the whole thing. So there is a new address for the "Aces Help Page". Please update your bookmarks!

http://192.168.68.50:8080/Aces_Help/Aces%20Help%20Page.html

Thanks

192.168.68.50 is a private network address on your local network, if I'm not mistaken.

Nothing loads...

Loads from different devices on my end.
Are they all connected to your router?

Any address starting with 192 or (0)10 are private and local, meaning they're only used between your router and the devices connected to it.

There's ways to check the IP your ISP has provided to you, the simplest is to do a Google search for "what is my ip". However, unless you've paid extra that address may change without warning as the number of IPv4 addresses is limited and basically sold out. The ISP's 'overbook' the address range they own because not everyone is using the connection at the same time. That's called a 'dynamic IP address'.
