5760 by 1080Jus

Just did a fresh download ms recognizes 5760 x1080, games see's 3 separate 1920x1080. any suggestion

In the game settings set the resolution to 5760x1080.

Strange. And we are talking about the same way to set resolution? Right after logging in, Video settings in the Clipboard Arena selection menu.

by decreasing screen magnification to 75% was able to get all of nvidia  info on screen. thank you for your help
