6 of the "top" fighter squads have less then 2 members?

I was curious who had the top rated squads these days and I noticed that 6 of the squads are what appears to be single players.
Looks like one person can be a squad now if I'm reading it right. So much for "squad" rankings lolz.

I always felt that less than 2 members should be omitted because it's much easier to have a high squad rank as an individual. Heck, even last month. My squad (cough The original damned, cough cough) had #1 fighter rank due to me, as others in the squad no longer play really. So since my other squad members didn't muddy the overall squad ranks, I was able to get our squad #1 squad fighter rank  . I wouldnt put too much weight behind squad ranks. Though, those squads that have a lot of people and get highly ranked should be noted. With a smaller player base, it doesn't really matter all that much though.

I was thinking of re-kick starting my old AW/AH squad Flying Tigers (134th). Didn’t think I could get many to join. We used to have 30 members. But today, who knows. We’d do some original FT type runs with P-40s as well as normal runs. We were very precise, and did very deep strikes. Now days, not sure I can even get a 2nd person (xo) to even get it off the ground. I’m not very optimistic, sometimes things happen. Its just s very nostalgic idea for me.

This was always the case. Been in a 1-man-squad almost all of my AH life.

Having been in a few big squads in the old days I am now enjoying the single squad life in my old age!

They still are. My 'squad' is still listed as #1 in fighter (lol!) for tour 284.

If you make a single person squad, you do not get nagged by others to join their squad, which is slight annoying whilst in the middle of a fight.

If everybody makes a 1 person squad we probably won't see any squads with multiple members in the "squad" roster.
