Wow. That was the fastest lock I've see in in a long time.

Wonder what it was that I said that hit such a nerve.

I thought it was a legit question.

And to answer the question I was asked.
Yes, I left the game like many others that still post on the boards.

I don't reckon it had anything to do with what you said...  :salute

I think the original question was off base. You certainly didnt put HTC in a wonderful light possing it.

I thought it was a legit question. I do wish there was some sort of updates, roadmap etc. I mean even if HTC said that he wasn't planning to do anything it would cut down on the speculation.

Oh well. I guess the sarcasm didn't go over well. I guess sometimes it sounds more funny in your head then when you say it out loud.

On a side note. I was thinking about setting up a gofundme for a new set of wingwin gear and 5 years of ah3 subscriptions. I figure $2,500 would cover it ($900 for 5 years subscription and $1,600 for stick, throttle and pedals.) Think it's worth a shot?

He did publish his intentions not long ago. Game is in maintenance mode until it’s not or gone. Barring a change in that roadmap, you’re just asking for something that has already happened.

I don’t know where the link is but it’s somewhere around here.

I’ll bite… why exactly would someone pay for you to have all that stuff?
Back in 2022 after a loooooong break from 2010. Old name Ratpack, same for the BBS.

Squad I did the most tours with were the Excaliburs then The 172nd Rabid Dogs. Still trying to talk Illigaf, Coola, Oldman22, and Joecrow into coming back instead of being boring old farts!

I must have missed that post. Thanks for letting me know.

I don't think they would but then again nothing seems to be normal anymore these days :)

I think we should just be thankful that hitech is still alive and the game is still here.  :aok

What HT said was, he continues to tweak the game, we may not notice all the tweeks, but he's still tweaking.

I wonder if HT will sell the game at some point....  I know history doesnt speak well of such game sales, but to the right person/entity, it might start the thing evolving, to a degree it hasnt seen in a decade.
