My little home range is 200 yd and its ridiculous with a good rifle.  How could there not be a SS agent on every roof top withing 500 yd?

With a scope, its not even sporting short of 300 yd.

Why aren't they using cheap commercial drones to hover and overwatch outdoor events?

The drone thing can probably be easily summed up to: NOTHING in the air means one less thing to have to keep a constant check on.  Having to track all your drones in the air is taxing, that next blip could be a glitch or not?  In other words: if a drone is up, they instantly know it's not one of theirs and can deal with it accordingly, not having to check, double check, cross check, etc.

Basically having NO drones up means that it is easier to keep that variable in check.
