"Decries" says you are criticizing or deeming unnecessary the name change? Or are you disapproving the name "CHEATER" and calling it unnecessary?

 Did you mean "declares?"

Either way, pretty good name. It's a raspberry to enemies while being well short of a middle-finger salute towards them. I like it.
