8 second double freezes now?

Windows 11.  I have done NOTHING. Fresh boot when flying. Nvidia card and I get the 2sec freeze around 15-20 minutes. Never get it flying alone. Seems to happen when there is fighter activity close in...

Whats your net connection look like when you get these pauses? What kind of computer setup do you have? With extra players around your computer works harder, are you pushing it over the edge?

Maybe you should try ISLC. My mill was struggling with several servers in IL-2, even it run perfectly with AH and many modern war games my son plays, like WT, Enlisted and Battlefront V.

Since installing ISLC, my frame rate got better and all the stuttering and freezing is history, with max graphic settings.

Smells like overheating. Caked up from dust. You should run Task Manager in the background and look at the GPU temps, you say it's nVidia... Generally, if they get up by 65'c+ they are considered hot and they start freezing..

In mERV’s case , I had a GPU fan that was no longer seated to the card properly, it would over heat and black out until cooled again. But two at same time is odd. Unless I misunderstood something.

I just moved from N. Virginia to Nashville, so I have new router/internet (google) and I'm still having pause issues on both DX9 and DX11. I want to say this all started around the time the internet upgrade happened, but I can't say for sure.  3veryone is in my squad seems to be experiencing them to some extent.  Maybe a conflict with a driver some of us are running since it doesn't seem everyone is experiencing the issue?
