Not bad at my place in north Orlando. Trees and stuff down from what I hear. But my power never went out, couple of big branches fell and you can see the strain on the trees, but that's about it fortunately. Why these things always gotta hit at 3am...

Check out the Ray's field  - Tropicana..

St Pete took damage

I am way inland and that was the worst hurricane since we moved here in 83

Power still out and our power never goes out..generators are noisy

My Generac is not too noisy. Since I put it in, power has been out  about 10 minutes. LOL That seems to be the way it works. Get coverage and the power never goes out.

Little known fact: margaritas defy the first law of thermodynamics and actually produce more energy than they consume. Therefore, Shuffler only needs to to fire up the marg machine once to get the ball rolling. After one or two of them, things just tend to light up on their own.

Gotta love science!

Thankfully our home is no different than how we left The surge never came to the home level. I didnt even have to clear debris in the yard.

What is concerning is the state issued a mandatory evac for everyone in our community and some that left are upset they left for "no reason" claiming they over hyped it.
I really hope this does not set the tone for the next one and folks dont heed the warnings. This one was very scary and there is still a month left in the season

Happens all the time..

If it wasn't for Helene so close to milton they wouldn't have gotten the evac response they did imo

Mine runs on propane. I have the numbers of 4 suppliers just in case. When I had the gen installed, I also had a 500 gallon tank installed. It supplies the gen and my pits on the back patio.

Might want to consider a solar backup.. 500 gallons of lp won't last long.

10 days or so. In that time I can generally get a fill from one of my suppliers. I have several neighbors with solar. In almost every case, they have failed to meet expectations.

Power coming back on late yesterday felt like we won the lottery!

Still hear generators running in adjacent neighborhoods..

power was out a total of 19hrs, only used 3 gallons of fuel in my generator
luckily the river didn't rise as much as it did during Ian, about a foot and half less, so zero water in the house this go around
