Great Britons
« on: January 29, 2025, 10:12:48 AM »
Has anyone seen the film of the heroic battle of Rorks Drift called Zulu.

15 British Redcoats were killed for as many a 1000 Zulu's killed and wounded despite the Zulu's having leather shields and pointy sticks.

However it was 4000 Zulu v 130 Redcoats in a fortified position.

I often think that most Wars would have lasted only a few days if real life fighter pilots and tankers fought the way we do in AH. But less battles were pure attrition in WW2

Just some musings  :D
