Congrats on your fiber! Starting the week my future ISP sent me an SMS telling to plug the fiber modem into mains. It already was, but a reboot is always a clever idea so I un- and replugged it. The next day they called me asking if it was plugged into mains. I told it was and they told me that the rest of the neighbourhood already is online but my connection refuses to raise up. Coming home I double checked that the FOM was on which it was but there's still no connection.
