You see, even funnier is I cast no aspersions. I simply remarked on the legality which absolutely should be questioned by anyone partaking in drugs deemed illegal by the federal government. Quite defensive you are and you wear the holier than thou label better than me.

I didn't make the law nor do I approve of any federal bureaucracy deciding what is legal or illegal. Yet it does and is and denying that does not make it less a violation of federal law.

First time I ever did shrooms wazza few years back. I had concerns as every rookie does and didnt want to flip out. I decided to play the game for as long as I possibly could in order to stay grounded in reality just in case. For the next 2.5 hours I tripped ballz while taking 3 bases on 2 different accounts/laptops and racked up +30 kills. It was a slow decrescendo into the ethereal of existence and I've never been the same since

Both of the above are in black and white. What's not so clear is whether an agency of the government, like the DEA, has the authority to dictate what is listed in Schedule 1. Put feelings aside and consider the law.

To clarify my opinion on the subject of legality. States have the right to make no law regarding pot. They do not have the right to make a law that contradicts federal law.
