So I did track these things a bit in the past few weeks. During last tour, there were 33 map resets in the MA, with the current average uptime for a map being under 23 hours. Actual duration varied between 3.5 hours and almost 75 hours maximum:

This is much faster as like a decade ago. For example my bomber logs show 18 resets in September 14 and only 13 resets in April 15, when large maps being up for the maximum allowed of 7 days wasn't rare.
I also logged the time when the maps were reset:

(CDT is currently 5 hours behind UTC, 6 hours during the first week of March)
Also, the pilot scores showed 1998 recorded base captures (1731 by vehicle, 267 by bomber), so almost 61 captures per reset. Of course, you would have to add an unknown number of captures not recorded in the scores for the actual total.
By the way, most recorded base captures in a vehicle in tour 302 were made by RedCat (74), and in bomber mode by PLASTIC (29). On average, there were 2.4 vehicle and 0.4 bomber base captures per pilot. A decade ago, in March 2015, the averages were 0.5 vehicle and 0.17 bomber base captures per pilot, showing how much easier it is to capture a base today.
