AH works, VIVE headset works, launch AH from desktop it says AH111 waiting...nothing happens, game plays on monitor not headset. Been playing vr trouble free for years. Something must have been changed accidentally. Sorry for improper category, but Im desperate, thanks.   akELFY

I don't use VR anymore so can't offer much advice but are you starting Steam VR first?

Elfy, not an expert but:
- The VR Set works fine in others games??
if not, the issue could be in the VR/Computer interface? , if yes, then check HA = VR setting, and be sure the DISABLE VR is uncheck

Don’t know if this will help. I use the Oculus. I am not able to launch from steam. I have to Always bring up quick settings in VR, then click Link which is already connect and click on the launch. After launch it brings up another task bar which I have to click desktop then monitor 1. This brings up my windows desktop where I use the mouse to launch AH icon, opening the game as usual. Once open it asks me if I would like to use Oculus quest yes or no.   Frustrating process
