Those aren’t really encouraging numbers, that can work two ways. Considering its slowing to suspended animation as well. Barely finding a fight doesn’t inviting to me. Or. if I kept it to the same invest ment I’d get 2-3 planes to fly, after reading 20-90 pages of a manual for each? Where’s the adrenaline? Ya can swish around the numbers for planes, but hard to put a number in actual excitement. I guess if I wanted to play golf and read manuals then I’m in, I’m don’t.
This game has issues we all know about, same with pretty planes, not much being done, but at least we have fun here with it. Despite only a handful of complainers. And our planes are not dripping of bugs that won’t get fixed.
It’s not a squeak, its just raw facts. The numbers don’t pan. No way DCS is cheaper if you want a decent amount of AC, if you don’t have to update your gear. I don’t understand how people use that argument. Its so easily pummeled. If thats the best defense, its not much of one. I’m going to only fly two planes per yr with barely a fight to justify it? <scratches head> How is that coming out on top?
To each their own. But recruiting from here won’t change that and all the sudden DCS is exciting. Yall barking up the wrong tree, IMO. I think its just poking Dale in the eye.
If that blows your skirt up then you should do that. But stop feeding off people who can’t afford it in the first place. They trying to update just to play this.
