I am so scared of trees that I had 2 large trees in my front yard cut down and the stumps ground.

About 2 weeks later my wife said the front yard looks way too big now. She had me buy 2 Live Oaks and plant them in the front. At this point they are only about 12 feet or so tall. I already wake up in the middle of the night in deep sweats thinking about those trees and how they may affect my 38 in just a few years..... This can't be normal.

If I had the means, I'd plant a "Big Dubbeyuh" in my front yard to keep the vulchers at bay.

109-F Vs P-40E
A yappy back seater like Jester wasn’t popular or fun to fly with, more of an unnecessary distraction than anything else---Puma44

109-F Vs P-40E

Before the P-40 remodel, the E was more competitive, though still no match for the 109F.

The P-40E has better guns and better handling at very slow speed.  But if it doesn't close the deal right then, the 109 will helicopter up and peck it to death, as it is much faster and has a huge climb rate advantage.  Equal pilots, the 109 pilot would really have to be having an off day.

A much closer fight would be the 109E vs P-40C.  Speeds are close and the Emil only has an 800' climb advantage.

The Yak-7b and P-39Q are very close in performance.  The Q needs WEP to equal the Yak, but it has better flaps.
