You can set up a custom arena with the same settings of the MidWar arena. Sure they have a player limit, see if you can max it out.

A stand alone Mid War arena priced at under $10 @ month. Two countries. Daytime only. Air/GV DAR settings as they existed in AHII.

You could set one up for free in a custom arena, albeit with a 16 player limit... as many stated.

Or... you could ask the AvA arena to become that, while the SEAs would carry the old AvA load like for MNM, TNT and now WAW(?)

However, this would most likely end up being a ghost town since people generally follow the crowd - and this crowd could easily fit into a player arena, imho.
