It could possibly be the internet provider shutting it down because of no activity. I've never heard of a timer connection built into the game, like Lazerr was saying.

P.S.
I looked for the arena this weekend and never saw it. Was it up and I just missed it?

I had it up Friday evening for a few hours and it was empty until I fell asleep early.

Saturday morning I had it up for a bit and some stopped by but nobody was flying.

I figured the same would happen on Sunday so I did other stuff.
