The F-16 is my favorite jet in the '80s and to the present.  Many here may have read th Wingman series of books.  Do I have to mention a little film called Iron Eagle?

I'm glad there is a F-16 featured game.

I was was stationed at Carswell in '76-'77. General Dynamics shared the runway and the F-16 put on an amazing show just about every Friday afternoon when it was still in flight testing. I'll never forget it.

The F-35 may not be as maneuverable as the F-16 but stealth and the advanced avionics and sensors puts it in a different league.

Still taking the F-16

Toxic, psychotic, self-aggrandizing drama queens simply aren't worth me spending my time on.

No wonder I joined the Navy in 1987! I ended up being one of those green shirts.

My former bass player also served on the Carl Vinson! If I remember correctly, he was actually in Miramar when they were filming Top Gun and worked on the Tomcats used in the film.

Which guys?

The grown adult men that bicker back and forth hatefully about their video games like old unhappy women as if it really matters and that their arguments will change anything..besides making them sound like spoiled rotten 12 year olds..or mentally disturbed adults..take your pick  :old:

She's special to me as well. Grandpa and daddy built her and a few uncles and several neighbors served aboard her. I stood on the flight deck when I was 5 or 6 and it scared the hell out of me, but was in awe at the same time. The Nimitz was another one I remember well.
