Look out I can buy ammo legally

  The Ninth Circuit has ruled California's ammunition background check illegal!
For the past three years I have been denied ammunition purchases by Ca, DOJ. In the meantime, I have past two DOJ renewals for my CCW.
I have had two California Congressman look into this and it always ended with fill out the correct DOJ form, which I have done numerous times. It was really exciting fill out form wait six months for it to get into system.
I could always get reloads at the range for twice the going price and it really cut down on my range time.
                          Once I can buy out of state ammo I will stock up!

There was once a time when I thought the idea of hanging politicians for attempting to make end runs around the Constitution was extreme. I was wrong. Tyrants only recognize the most extreme punishment, and even that often does not deter them.

I had the same problem. I have not purchased a new gun in well over 5 years so every-time I need to buy ammo even for my CCW renew I need to go through the full $25+ Background check.

California blocked online purchases from out of state vendors didn't they? This should overturn that then I guess.

Wow. That sux. Can you at least by an unlimited amount of ammo with the check or is that limited too?

Kalifornica has done that at least twice. It was overturned once, that ruling was also overturned, within maybe 48 hours. So that's been overturned. I got a couple of emails from companies I buy from saying they'd ship to Kalifornica. Fortunately, I'm in Tennessee, so it doesn't affect me. Of course, we're apparently a refugee camp for fleeing Kalifornicans, and the good ones bring idiots with them. Our three largest metropolitan areas are infested. Two are fully infested.

My 1984 .357 mag Python (original) ,...goes where i look, 2nd shot is just backup. I don't need to hit a vital, I can take limbs off. Been shooting it for 40yrs,.. you do not want to be down range.
Used to have 11 guns. Kind of a waste of money.

If I go to a range and hit the head on first shot, I go home. Rarely do I ever practice on torso,... that's easy stuff, I only practice head shots

Wow I didn't know that this was even a thing. What does the law say about reloading supplies over there in Commieville? Was possessing ammo also against the law if you couldn't buy it at the time? I assume it was. That's not freedom in my eyes. SMH

We keep our brass and a buddy of mine reloads our rounds for us. I seen a long time ago that ammo would be a backdoor to regulate and control.
