Hibiscus tea
« on: Yesterday at 08:29:30 AM »
Anyone here drink it?  I started having a cup before bed recently.  It’s supposedly good for your heart but lately I’ve had quite few vivid, weird dreams.
It seems it possibly has another attribute.

Yep.  One of my favorites in winter if I don't need more caffeine later in the day.

Any weird dreams, etc.?

You mean more than normal?

I don't have a lot of it.  Maybe it's a dosage over time build up.  I'd alternate it with different ones.

I might have to run an experiment.  ;)

Add some cayanne pepper to your food. Its really good for clearing arteries and could help prevent heart attacks. I havent tried the tea though, however a good detox one is the one you want.

I started drinking it as a study had folks reduce their lisinopril dosage after a few weeks.
Thanks, spicy food time I guess, maybe.

I’ve actually reduced my external combustion quite a bit!

Oh yeah.  "I put that S$TZ on EVERYTHING!™"

Or Siracha.  Still love me some Tabasco occasionally for nostalgia.
I learned with a sufficient amount of Tabasco any MRE could be rendered at least edible.
Even the dehydrated pork patty. <Shudder>
