Is it kidnapping to arrest criminals? Is "Due Process" in Canada the same process for illegal immigrants as citizens?

Undocumented immigrants are entitled to due process under the U.S. Constitution. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments protect "any person" from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.

While addressed in different sections of the Canadian Constitution, the law is essentially the same.

Removing illegal immigrants is not kidnapping but you know that..   

Opening the border to millions of illegal immigrants is a crime..but you know that too..

Sorry, I do not know anything of the kind. Arresting, detaining and deporting any person without "due process" is kidnapping.

Being here illegally entitles one to be deported. It does not entitle one to a trial. Canada is the same I'm sure. Maybe that high horse is too tall for you?

Yeah, Canada is the same. Cross the border illegally and you can be arrested, detained, and deported. No trial required.
