Buzsaw - Zone 2 - V7 - Some vehicles disabled - can not launch any t34's, Panzers, or German Halftrack

Those used to be Flak bases on the original map, with a limited gv selection. When it was updated, they changed several of the Flak bases to V-bases but did not change the gv selection. I will check with Hitech and see if we can't correct that.
