Getting default views back

I completely destroyed the views for the 109F and 109K trying to optimize 6 views while using head tracking. I want the defaults back so what files do I delete in order for them to be repopulated or does it work in different way than that?

Select the view, hit "home" then F10 to set it. Hitting Home reset the view to default.
