Unfortunately, cancer is in our genes, or its not. It just needs a trigger..
I know some who never smoked, died of lung cancer
Yet my mom smoked 2-3 packs per day, until 87, she died from a bed sore infection.

American way of life holds a lot of triggers.
Europe refuses to buy our beef, and some produce.

Processed foods triggers as much cancers.

Go to a rare island of a primitive life style, almost no cancer.

My late wife and late GF were RNs. Wife worked oncology at times
I’ve worked many world wide oncology conventions.
These are things they talk about, genes and triggers.

Even if you don’t get cancer from cigs it can get you in other ways.
How one lives matters. Stress alone can trigger cancers and other things.

For a few yrs I was under constant deep stress in life/death. I’d grit my teeth in my sleep until they fractured.

The stress of having an illness like cancer can/will make it worse.
Stress can set many triggers in motion. Its literally toxic poison to the body

I learned the hard way, banish anyone who brings negative stress to the table. I will do it instantly.

Remove any stress and allow yourself to have a chance at healing.

The stress if dealing with players and game can make things rough for HT and his issues. Family issues and heart issues is not a great combo.

Take care of yourself. Eat healthy, dump that stress at all cost. Games like this can be a stress vent.

I’m not a Dr., but damn i’ve seen way too much.

Politics is a stress trigger

Ironically people who abuse alcohol live attacking those who sin differently than they do.

Excessive alcohol use is responsible for approximately 178,000 deaths in the United States each year, a number that has risen by 29% since 2016–2017. These deaths are caused by conditions like liver disease, heart disease, accidents, and various cancers linked to excessive alcohol consumption. This figure does not include deaths where alcohol is a contributing factor but not the primary cause.
Annual deaths: Approximately 178,000 deaths annually are directly attributable to excessive alcohol use, according to the CDC.
Increase in deaths: The number of deaths from excessive alcohol use increased by 29% from 2016–2017 to 2020–2021.
Shortened lifespan: For those who die from excessive alcohol use, lives are shortened by an average of 24 years, resulting in a total of about 4 million years of potential life lost annually.
Causes of death: Excessive alcohol use contributes to a wide range of health problems, including liver disease, heart disease, cancer, injuries, and suicide.
Gender differences: The number of deaths among men has increased, but the proportional increase has been greater for women, according to the CDC.

Take note; this does not cover automobile deaths due to alcohol.

Its part of the dangers of the American way of life. Pick your poison

Alcohol is a drug like tobacco. Abusing your body with any substance will have a negative effect on you. It is an undeniable fact. But hey, who wants to die from nothing?

I quit that ultra heavy drinking in the 90s when I threw up and turned the toilet bowl red with blood. Yep, that was my last red flag, literally a red flag and pain. I now have 2 cocktails, 2 shots and I’m done. Vodka drinks and Rumplemintz shots will rip you up, literally.

The most Rumplmintz shots I did was 14, washed down with 6 screw drivers. That wasn’t seeing doubles, but tripples. I should not be here.
