His video is available, you just have to click on the "Watch on Youtube" link, or you can use this non-embedded link below.

On the T1600 with throttle from thrustmaster.  The throttle on this unit is a real crap shoot.  I have two.  Both are crapy.  Amazon has a note of warning that these units are often returned.

This guy in the video gave it a thumbs up.

I've had two T1600 as well. I was hoping the first one was just a lemon. Both go twitchy after a couple months of use. It also did not advance smoothly. It ended my relationship with TM that went back to the early 90ies. There is no reason to put out such garbage at that price point. You can get a Winwing stick with a built in throttle for about the same price. After using Winwing stuff like the Ursa Minor I have no plans to ever buy any more TM garbage.

I would not trust any review that gave that thing a thumbs up.

There is a nice upgrade that you can add. https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/968346749/panzer-v3-slider-mod-thrustmaster

Adds nice Linear Bearings that make the slide smooth. Even the original has an adjustment screw to adjust the tension on the slide.

The twitchyness comes from the rubber o-rings and the ends of the shaft. After some use they start getting smushed and the calibration goes out. Takes about 5 minutes to replace them and your good as new again.
