Player numbers are the issue, not players that happen to be AFK.  :aok

IMO, Tower sitters and ENY just weren’t noticeable during huge numbers.
The low numbers exposed a flaw, and now it does somewhat matters.

Punishing a ganged country with ENY too is also a flaw.

I agree with Animl on the eny problem when two countries gang bang the third.

 The other night it was 3 to 1 but no eny penalty for any country.  That was really bad.  The new ammo bunker destruction rating really hurts the team being gang banged.  2 to 1 can be fun unless eny bites you the butt.

I've noticed recently that many never hit the city before hitting strats and usually don't hit anything and fail over and over when things come up to fast during a base take.

It takes more to drop an ammo bunker now. It was too easy to use a single fighter to drop all the ammo.
