If anyone can positively identify the "shade cheaters"..... otherwise it reeks like an ICE raid.

Is anyone in charge monitoring accounts with the same IP to verify they arent on different teams?  It should probably raise an alert for someone with authority to look into.

Unless your fellow American has Spanish heritage.

My opinion:

A roommate or a partner should be able to squad up with you without being a considered a cheater, however, once they start country hopping, that's when there should be actual suspicion of malintent and "shade cheating."

The problem with that is Dale encourages side switching to balance eny. The issue here is using one account to spy on an opposing country while playing on another account on a different country. Side switching and shade cheating are 2 different things.

Ya it’s a pain to watch a player switch countries and immediately attack the country they were just on. The advantage they have sometimes knowing where assets are at and potential country wide plans is considered by some as unethical. I don’t necessarily share in that anymore because it does no good for me to get bent about it when it’s allowed.

Doing things legally... like driving, definately have an upside.  The same applies to relocating to a new country.

If you lean any harder.. you might tip over.

Doing things legally like arrests and executions keeps respect in place.
