No more inferences in objectives please

I had a different interpretation of bomb enabled aircraft than the CMs based on reading the objectives and I planned to use FW 190A-8s in addition to F-8s for the first sortie strike. It was a surprise when we tried the loadout and they were not available to carry ords. It was a bit of a scramble to reassign planes and targets before launch.

If you are going to disable ords for an aircraft, please state that explicitly in the objectives. I think I would have planned a bit differently if I had known ahead of time.

We were able to work through the issue, but the mad scramble was confusing.

Ok, I know I'm getting old and my wife sometimes says I'm blind as a bat when I'm looking for something, but here is a verbatim copy of the ordnance restrictions from the objectives email:

Ordnance Restrictions:

    Bombs and Rockets only available for the Tu-2S and 190F-8 in Hour 1

    Tu-2 will be limited to only the 2x 250Kg bombs.

    500Kg bomb disabled Fw 190F-8.

    Wgr21 Rockets disabled for all planes.

    250Kg/500Lb bombs available on the 109G-14, and P-39Q beginning at T+30.

    30mm cannons disabled on the Fw 190A-8

I have put the text in an editor and used search and I've tried different spellings for FW and A-8 and I can see that the 500Kg bomb was disabled for the F-8 and the 30mm cannons were disabled on the A-8, but I can't see where all bombs are disabled on the A-8.

I'm willing to be wrong if I can learn what I did that was wrong, but I don't see where I'm wrong.

Before you point to the first bullet as saying the Tu2 and F8 are exclusive bomb carriers during hour 1, let me point out the next to last bullet as an example that disproves that.  I could only assume the first bullet meant that bomb carrying Tu2s and F8s would not be available in the 2nd hour, but other bomb carriers would be.

I see your point about there seeming to be a contradiction of allowing extra bomb carrying planes at T+30, despite saying that only the TU-2 and 190F will have bombs in Hour 1.

But nowhere is anything stated or even implied that the 190A-8 will ever have bombs. You jumped to that conclusion on your own.
