I would name my fighter "Nazi Exploder" if I was in the ETO. I would name it "Nippon Exploder" if I was in the PTO. I would name my bomber "Town Destroyer".

Poulette literally means :"Little Female Chicken", it's a bit of a macho word for "nice curved hot girl". Somehow "Poulette" ended up being the way I call my "best friend" Caroline.
The nickname stayed and became the name of the plane when we had to get separated.
