Well, there are no books out there dedicated to ACM in WWII aircraft, at least none I've come across. However, Robert Shaw's book "Fight Combat: Tactics and Maneuvering" is the closest thing to a bible on ACM as you can get. While it was written in the jet-age, almost all of it is still applicable. Barnes & Noble often carries it, and Amazon too I believe.
By the way, Bob Shaw will be a guest lecturer at the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs next month. I'll be attending, and have Bob's permission to publish the transcript on "The Wargamer" on-line magazine site,
http://www.wargamer.com . The lecture is scheduled for 14 or 15 Feb, so expect the article to be posted a few weeks later.
