He will be killed in prison by the other inmates.

If he ever gets out of prison alive he will be killed by somebody on the outside.

This is my opinion: The last 40 years has infiltrated our legal system with very liberal judges.  Just take a look at the OJ case for instance.

He'll probably get a slap on the hand, do 5 yrs., write a book, and make millions, claiming he was a victim of mind control.

My wish is that, if found guilty, he be imprisoned for as long as possible under the penalties for the actual charges filed.

Then, when he has "done his time" may his US citizenship be revoked and may he be deported to any country that will accept him.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

Come on ski you're smarter than that.

The judge sets the rules of the court room and runs the trial.  And as such can set the way the jury hears or sees the evidence or what evidence they see or hear.  That may well be a huge factor in this case.

Can we say Judge Ito? ;)

Depends on whether he knew he would be fighting against Americans when he joined.  Doing the right thing is not hard to do, its knowing what the right thing is that is hard.

Last I checked, the JUDGE controls the court room, the judge did not.  The attourney's had control of that court room.

"Did you hear they found Hitler alive!? The bad news is....they're going to try him in LA..."
