Someone put this book on the web http://www.23ag.sp.mk.ua/html/il2_pub.html Its recently published book about IL-2 by Vladimir Perov and Oleg Rastrenin. I doubt it is available in US or UK translated. Text only in Russian, but has many great original pictures. You can translate text to English with http://www.translate.ru/eng/
