Joistick Detection , need to start AH twice

Hi!

Recently I have to start AH twice to get my joystick detected, I never had that problem before.

Running WinXP and a Wingman Interceptor.

I run XP, and since loading it I have to bring up the game controller panel, troubleshoot, take first step in troubleshoot, go back, and close trobleshooter.  Then I get an OK for the controller.  Don't know if this is your problem, but I have heard a few other people have it, and it's easier to do this all than to trouble shoot the underlying problem.
