Most disagree with me, but fail to learn from history...with the liberal judges letting the attourney's take control of their courtrooms, this guy will walk with a slap on the hand, or minimal jail time, a book deal, and later a movie offer.

I don't know Raub. For one thing, he's a baby. 20 years old. Every mom in the country with a wayward child will identify for starters...

When our military didn't summarily execute him in Afganistan, and brought him "home" instead, I started to have my doubts.

I find this whole thing idiotic. If this was Korea or WW2 or maybe even vietnam, this guy wouldve been shot on the spot for treason. He was found with an AK on their trenches for feks sake.

Agree with ya Tac (BTW, they found his blood on her body,-his knuckles were banged up from plunging that knife in her ribs so hard-- her blood in his truck, how much more incriminating can you get?)

OJ was tried in LaLa Land, not Virginia...OJ also wasn't associated with a group responsible for the death of thousands of people.

I hope he receives the best possible defense. That will eliminate questions in the future as to his guilt or innocence. We should always take the high ground, we are America fer krise sakes!

since when does the judge give a verdict in a criminal trial by jury? Blame the 12 people that sat on that jury and looked past all the evidence and listened to Johnnie Cochran (sp?).

The Judge let the Circus come to town, and perform in his courtroom. That allowed the jury to make their decision, based on allowable evidence.
