Patch broke my cutom sounds

A couple of my custom sounds seem to have broken under the new patch.  Specifically, my MG sounds and my gear sounds.  I had custom sound for the Jug that I copied into my default sound folder (since I mostly only fly .50 armed American radials anyway) and most of them work fine.  Only my MG and gear sounds don't seem to work so far.  My custom engine sound, engine start/stop sounds, and stall sound all works fine.

Any ideas?

I'm backing up what I have, and I'll install on another machine and see if I can see what's going on.

when HT 1st put out the new DX beta i lost MG sounds also using
addons.  com to find out my MGs which i had tweaked and turned
into stereo wavs didnt mesh well with the new beta. u may have 50cal wavs that are stereo and dont mesh with 8.7

try my latest 50cals i have at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AHsounds/files/

there are smal zips for just 50cal and 20mm guns there. ill check
id get a free wav editor and see if ur gear is in stereo also.

if u got them from me let me know and ill check and redo if
needed.
