After serious studies, IoC (Institute of Claus) has reached some comclusion based on firm and strong theories and empirical evidence.
To satisfy the readers curiosity, let me present two cases, A and B.
Case A: Knights: low numbers. Rooks: even lower. Bishops: high numbers.
Rooks are cornered and fighting hard. Knights are somewhat cornered, and the fighting spirit and intelligence is equal to that of the Rooks. An attack on Knightlandia mainland takes place: after the warning is sounded, the average response time for the Knights under good circumstances means that only two fields are lost: the port P55 and and an adjacent airfield, a56.
Knights quickly counterattack, and within an hour, both bases are taken back. Knight numbers are 50.
Case B
There are many players online. Bishops have the majority, closely followed by Rooks and Knights who have only 20 players less than the Bishops.
An attack on Knight homeland takes place. A28 is lost. The alarm has been sounded, and some players adamently pleads for assistance. A45 is lost without much of a struggle. more pleas for assistance.
The majority of the Knights are currently fighting around a12, bish territory, with absolutely nothing being gained. Knight Supreme Über strategist tries to muster pilots for a very necessary strike: from A4 into A1: get a foothold on that most valuable Furball Island. Number of Knights: 120.
Not long after, 53 and 47 are lost. P55 falls, as does A56.
From cases like this, the Institute of Claus has made the following observation:
The IQ of the average Knight (called KIQ) can easily be calculated by:
KIQ = P/n, where P is a pool, from which all knights receive intelligence, and n is the number of Knights online.
Currently the Knight IQ Pool is around 5000.
In case A, that gives a KIQ of 5000/50 = 100 - quite average.
In case B: 5000/120 = 41.6.
So, the conclusion is: the more Knights that's online and fighting, the dumber they are.
And the dumber the Knights are, the easier they are to defeat.
So, the sum of it all: wish for many Knights online: for then surely shall they be reset.
This has been an IoC production. There shall be more.
