Umm.. leviathn,  did you happen to have film running by any chance? I didn't, I never bother to film my fights but those were some of the best fights I've had in AH. I'd love to have them stored on film.

And a big to you too.. I went from "yummy, a seafire" to "what the h#ll is happening here" real quick in the first fight.. should have guessed it was you at the start.

Unfortunately I didn't film those fights.  I'll usually turn the film on for massive furballs, but one Zeke didn't seem to warrant wasting the hard drive space.  That's too bad, because it would have been fun to see those fights again.

C'est la vie.  :)

Tac is right about the flaming zeke thing.

They seem to go on forever when on fire.  Maybe it's do do with the amount of wood/paper there is to burn.;)

Did have a fight with a zeke on film where i hit him and he began to flame, assuming he would soon blow up i let him be. He shot down 3 fighters before he went pop, they seem to flame for a lot longer than any other a/c.  From now on when i see a flaming zeke i make sure it loses a wing before i leave:D

Just the other day, I was flying a Zeke in a low level furball, and took a hit that started a huge conflaguration. Figuring I was toast anyway (literally), I worked my way behind my attacker and killed him. Only then did I head for the runway (still being heavily vulched), and landed before it exploded. Quite amazing if you ask me.
