Numbers on each side
« on: January 25, 2002, 01:54:31 PM »
We've been Bishop for nearly two months now and I can positively confirm, at 8:00 p.m. CST, we are always outnumbered.  I kept a log. :)  Most of the time, the Nits outnumber Rooks and Bish, but sometimes, the Rooks have the numbers.

Here is a typical 4 day sequence:
#       bish       knit        rook
          72        146        134
          98        164        147
          95        168        170
         102       136         134
         120       130         122

On the other hand, I have not witnessed a single event of one side being ganged by the other two.  Oh, when one side is about to lose the war, yeah, they sniff an opportunity to get rid of Midanao.  Everyone but Laz is always ready.

It is rare for me to be online during the early part of the day (USA time,) but the few times that I have, the above numbers are reversed!  The Bish frequently have numbers.

I suspect many Bish are CST+6, Knits are American and the rooks are mostly unemployed. :)

I think one reason people do not like mindanao, is because it lacks the ability of good gv battles.(exception of a few bases)  It doesn't spark me because I like to use all apsects of the game, not just air-air.  But hey, thats only my opinon.  I bet if you throw a couple vbases or more spawn points in, you won't hear complaining about mindanao.. sorry for porking topic :D
