When they get out of line, do what I do. ;)

Man, I rarely post but some of the stuff that I've seen in the MA has really gotten on my nerves so....

Here's what I do when someone deserves a whoopin.  I put out a bounty on his/her head.  Yup, that's right, I put out a real no kidding cash reward of $1.00 paid instantly via PayPal to the guy who waxes the target!

Last week, a good friend of mine came out of the cave and began flying AH, but he joined another squad... WTF?  So... I put out a bounty on him.

It was the best $15.00 I ever spent!  LOL, Hey, if there were others that didn't claim the bounty that night, email a screen shot of your text buffer and I'll send you your dollar.

The short of it is this, I did it as a joke and he thought it was pretty funny as well, but can you imagine the hell you can cause someone that takes this game so seriously that he makes an effort to swear at you on an open channel?  They would pop!  LOL

Give it a try, it's amazing how many guys will drop what they are doing to make a dollar.  It's not the worst way to supplement your AH bill.

Huh?  I thought this was a game, not a prize show.  It is a sad day when you cannot partake in a game and have fun, but to worry about money hungry vulchers coming after you.  Sorry I don't need money, and this is a game for fun.  Bounty hunters are over here at www.everquest.com

Very amusing idea.  Had a good laugh thinking about it.

Be careful though, just like “nickel, dime, quarter” poker…  The total can add up pretty quick

I hoped that was a "funny". That's the whole idea of the exersize.  The guys got a kick out of it the other nite.  BTW it was for CP177.  He's been a friend of mine for about 10 years or so and I couldn't resist the idea.

Like I said, it was the best $15.00 I ever spent on a game.  Just the phone call alone was worth it! LOL

Anyway, keep your eyes out for the BOUNTY CALL!

I regret doing business with TD Computer Systems.

Well, first off, I usually squelch channel 1 as soon as my 'Spew' detector goes off...then, if the personal attack goes to private, I use the squelch button.  The tools are there, we just have to employ them.

BTW, alot of folks quit AH for numerous reasons, not just one.  Its usually one incident that 'pushes them over the edge' to actually delete the account...and that form usually comes from another member (from what I've observed in 12 years of online sims)...so, we can all learn a lesson...treat others as you would expect to be treated.  If that doesn't work, squelch.
