Jumped in G-10, climbed to 34k and pulled the trigger :)

I did use TV-Out connector of my Radeon to record ahf-file to the video-recorder and then I connected video-recorder to Radeon's TV-in and recorded the film to mpg-format. Then I converted that mpg-file to the Avi-format  (Added Scuttle Buttin' with it too) and then again from avi to rm-file with old , free version of RealProducer (Found from web; new version is 199$)

LOL, dunno why you wanted to make a Real Player film of that - what's wrong with the original AH film, I am sure it would have been much clearer.... but then again, it probably showed Coors being shot down by me, just prior to the beginning of your attack!  :)  So, there I am, low on ammo and having taken some damage from the first attack and you start yours.  I really should have got you too, but it seemed you were invincible.... considering it was an identical plane to the first attacker, as far as I remember.

Also what this film doesn't show is how long it took you to get the kill on me!  Must have been 10 minutes at least with you coming at all angles, and if I had not run out of ammo, I am sure the ending would have been much different!  :p

Then you come on the open channel and start mouthing off at me, and calling me a Dweeb - well I know that much thank you, I have never denied it!  :D  But what got you going so much?  Was it the fact that I lasted far longer than you expected before I finally died?  Did you find it so frustrating to have to fight so much, that I didn't just blow up on the first pass?

Hehe, was this such a rare occurrence for you that you felt compelled to make this RP film out of it?  :)

Take that melon out from your nose...
I made that film 'cause group I belong in another game is planning to do some game-vids based on a old movie "Unknown Soldier".
That kill was just so sweet I decided to use it to learn how to use those proggies when converting ahf-files to format they can be viewed in almost every PC without installing the game itself.

"-Must have been 10 minutes at least with you coming at all angles, and if I had not run out of ammo, I am sure the ending would have been much different!"
That's the idea when attacking bombers in AH @32-34,000 feet. Make him/her to waste his/hers ammo so you can kill him easier.

Climbing to 34k with a buff is something what shouldn't happen. Flying in that alt should freeze gunners...
Thin air is modelled and it works against fighters so maybe freezing, thin air in that altitude should also limit capabilities of gunners to shoot eh ?

Sorry you take it that way but guess we can't please everyone.

Happy buffin'

Well, why didn't you say so?  I could have combed my hair if I'd known I was going to be on film!  ;)

34k!  I wasn't that high!  More like 27k I think, if that!  I was only that high because I was with a squad mate (in the other B17), otherwise I probably wouldn't have bothered and gone in lower...  :)

Actually I was ready to give you a for the way you shot me down the other night, and acknowledge that you were very good.... but you decided to start calling me names instead, before I had a chance to do anything.  I'm afraid your attitude towards me on the open channel negated any positive response you might have got from me otherwise! :p

OK so your altimeter shows 34k - I can only think I climbed some while fighting you!  I wasn't that height at the start of your attack!  :D

Actually this RP movie is a great idea IMHO, I have friends who play games, but not flight sims, and this is just the type of thing to help whet their appatite. In fact, it would be very cool to film from both the interceptor and the gunner viewpoints, and edit it together in more of a "cut-scene" fashion. WTG Staga, that's some pretty cool business.

Yeah, its a pity I never thought to film my flights the other night, or I could have supplied it to allow just that.... I agree, it is a great way to show off the game to friends - nice job, Staga!  :)
