About flakpanzers killing panzers, well. Every time a flak hit my plane I blow up, so it is obviously using HE ammo. That means that flaks should be useless when firing at heavy armoured vehilcles like panzers, but very effective against ground structures.
Actually, killing a panzer with a flak is a really easy task.
